When Purely first sourced, secured, and then sold the site, it was pending outline planning approval for nine units and several legal hurdles (and a planning system that is sometimes slow) that caused the process to drag, we were able to overcome these challenges and get this site over the line.
The sale was conditional on the approval of a reserved matters application, and this sale structure allowed us to maximize the value payable upon completion. Working with a reputable client of ours, Millen Homes, they were thrilled with the outcome, and we were proud to sell the site to Eastway Homes.
Eastway Homes is a well-established and reputable homebuilder, and we are confident that they will bring their expertise to bear on this site, ensuring that the nine units are of the highest quality and designed to meet the needs of modern living.
