I bought my new home off plan. The show home was built when I started my search. Celia said that the finish in the show home would be reflective across the rest of the properties, including the bungalow. Celia went through the plans and room sizes, which suited my needs. I reviewed the plot with Celia. I asked for a few modifications before the build got too far ahead internally and externally. All got done as part of the purchase price, as I reserved early enough to make those tweaks.

Celia and Paul (the site manager) talked it through and designed the bathroom to my taste. Everything went well. The date of moving was spot on time.

I now live in a lovely neighbourhood, and I am delighted.

Having just moved into our fantastic bungalow on the Chase Mews development in Benfleet, we wanted to thank Purely New Homes and SJT Developments Ltd.

Reserving the plot off plan 12 months before completion, Celia kept us updated with drone video clips and site visits so we could monitor the development and our bungalow rise from the ground. 

Celia and the site managers were very accommodating; by the time we moved in, our fitted wardrobe, blinds and flooring were all in place.

Every new build has snags. The site staff immediately attended to our minor problems in a friendly and helpful manner.

Thank you all for making our last journey into our forever home such a wonderful experience.

At the end of July 2021, we put a deposit on our new home, moving in on the 24th of November. Celia has been there throughout the whole process.

From agreeing to buy the house, choosing our flooring and any extras, to the continued chasing up of the legal process. 

Celia acted as a ‘go-between’ with the estate agents, solicitors in the chain and the developer. We had a deadline to sell our house and exchange. It seemed at one time this wouldn’t happen due to the delay further down the chain, but due to the excellent relationship that Celia has with the developer, she was able to help us get through the process.

Celia’s hard work and straightforward manner whilst purchasing our new property made the whole complex process significantly more easy and smooth.

As for SJT Developments Limited, it is obvious that Sean & James are hands on and take an active interest throughout the build as everything is to the highest standard and their eye for detail is second to none.

She also helped solve some of the legal problems by liaising with the builder virtually every day. We can honestly say that our purchase may not have happened without her impressive management of the whole situation. We have just moved into our new home bought through the Purely Property Group and are very happy with our decision. Our main point of contact was Celia who was with us all he way from help in choosing flooring and worktops to chasing up others in the inevitable chain - treading where mere solicitors feared to tread and making sure the whole process was as stress less as possible. The Purely team have become a great source of development opportunities for us, with a good understanding of our typical criteria they regularly provide us ideal sites to appraise.
