Field View at Steeple Bumpstead is starting to take shape nicely, all nine plots are now roofed in and work is starting to commence inside.

We also popped over to see how things were progressing at Farrows Farm in Stock. Aedis Homes have instructed contractors to start work on the beautiful existing barn conversation soon to be transformed into a spectacular five bedroom detached home and the existing outbuilding which will also be transforming into an amazing four bedroom detached home, with an additional modern extension with offer a feature vaulted living room ceiling.
The new three bedroom 1600 sqft bungalow is now out of the ground and also starting to take shape.
Oakwood Terrace in Writtle is also progressing well, with roof trusses on all 4 plots, we should be seeing these roofed in in no time. All internal finishes are now agreed and include wall panelling, media walls, stunning bathrooms and kitchens.
All plots have a huge rear garden allowing lots of scope to create your dream outdoor living space.
Moving on from village living we met the developer at Ace Broadway in Leigh On Sea, an exciting new block of 15 luxury apartments which offer views over the sea and beyond. The top floor is now in place so we could really start to appreciate what amazing viewings can be had from the development. Ace is perfectly placed to allow residents to enjoy all that Leigh On Sea offers with its boutique shops, eateries, cafes and more…..some of which we sampled whilst there!!
