The legal process was a rather drawn out process requiring Purely to manage the expectations of both buyer and seller until both parties were in a position to proceed.
Being able to idenitify an opportunity and knowing who is the best purchaser (is a skill we are extremely adept at) and New Road is aperfect example. With the dengie peninsula being an area ever growing in popularity this site required a specific type of buyer that knows the local market and who recognised that the existing plan required re-working whilst being able to purchase the site with the outline consent and work it forward from there.
