With one side of the sale being bound by the charities act, we had to navigate a number of obstacles to push this sale over the line, however with superb work from the buyer, their solicitors and Purely Land we managed to get this exchanged with a delayed completion date.
SJT Developments will be leading with a phase of 9 dwellings coming to the market in 2022 whilst looking to optimise the planning consent to the rear as to offer exactly the type of units required by the local market, of which Purely provided commentary on and has been listened to by the buyers.
